Helicopter Engineering Services
Our onsite engineering department includes a part 27 and 29 structural FAA Delegated Engineering Representative (DER), Delegated Airworthiness Representative (DAR), drafting department and machine shop to support the expanded repair and custom alteration needs of our customers.
In addition to major repair and alteration approvals, we work closely with our onsite subsidiary, Helifab, and consultant DERs to add new repair specifications, Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs), and Parts Manufacturer Approvals (PMAs) to our already vast range of capabilities.
Major Helicopter Repair or Major Alteration Approval
For damage that requires FAA engineering approved expanded repair, or for custom alterations, we can provide drawings and FAA form 8110-3 engineering approval to meet your requirements.
Custom STC Approvals
We have worked with large operators and major manufacturers, providing the necessary STC approvals for custom equipment installations to meet their mission requirements. Our staff can obtain STC approvals and provide PMA parts support for the certified equipment.
